No. 13F filings are quarterly and typically arrive up to about 45 days after the quarter ends. FolioFact is designed for research and comparison, not real-time trading.

Holdings come from SEC 13F filings. Insider activity comes from SEC Form 4/5 filings. Company financials come from SEC EDGAR companyfacts, the free structured XBRL feed, with all available history since 2009 where available. When a security cannot be mapped confidently, we keep the source identifier visible instead of guessing.
